I’m fascinated by materials and texture, tactility and co-creation. I’m also a playful soul who loves to work with kids and support their creative curiosity. In this project, I’m developing methods of co-creating motives which I’m translating into tufted art pieces.
This is an ongoing art research project where the aim is to develop a tactile teaching workshop program where I teach kids about co-creation and sustainability by engaging with textile-making themselves and showing them various materials and haptic sensations. With a playful approach and framework, I’m providing methods to co-create where a non-judgmental creative safe space emerges which I believe is the foundation for successful co-creation.
